    "We would like to thank Mr. Navratan Singh Fateh and his team for successfully completing our Spousal Sponsorship Application such that it has brought a positive result to us. My wife and I are highly obliged for this gesture. We hired Mr. Fateh to apply for my Spousal Sponsorship Application outside of Canada.     Special thanks to Lawyer Navratan Singh Fateh & Team (Includes Priya Ma'am & Monika Ma'am). I found this firm while searching online for a reputed Lawyer and found this firm. Earlier we were guided by Various consultants that Spouse cannot get the open work permit on any grounds within the same file . Also we are having a small child, so we were not happy with the scenario of my wife moving without us. So we called up the firm and immediately a meeting was set up and we were assured that there is no reason for putting separate files or putting a file after some gap period .     very professional and hardworking. I am glad that I met him and applied for my open work permit with his help and got approval in 7 weeks.He is very knowledgeable and experienced. My wife went to Canada in 2017, we applied for visitor visa at first with someone else and got refusal. After that we were looking for someone trustworthy who can handle our case.     JUST BEWARE OF FAKE 6 MONTHS GAP FOR SPOUSE CASE I applied for a Study Permit through NAVRATAN SINGH FATEH - BARRISTER & SOLICITOR - CANADIAN IMMIGRATION LAWYER. I have now received my Study Permit, but the best part of this Application was that my husband Navdeep Singh had also applied for an Open Work Permit along-with me. We are really thankful to Mr. Navratan Singh and his team for such a great job. I wanted to study in Canada but the thought of living apart from my husband was very disturbing. So I and my husband visited to many Agents regarding our case but all the Agents said that it’s impossible to go together in Canada. They said that firstly I will have to go on study base and after 2 to 6 months of my arrival to Canada my husband can get visa. They didn’t even answer our questions properly that on what base will my husband get visa and what type of visa will it be!! So I and my husband searched the internet for any options available for us to stay together in Canada. We found Mr. Navratan Singh's office listed for Canadian Immigration Services.     My entire family is in Canada but I was forced to come back to India because of financial circumstances and my employment in India. I was given mixed immigration advise by everyone in India. Being well educated I knew I do not have enough days and this will be an uphill battle for me to return to Canada. I met many consultants but none of them had court experience in Canada so I did not feel comfortable trusting them with my file. I met Mr. Fateh at his India office and he advised me how to properly do my application and in case we are refused we can approach the immigration courts in Canada. I submitted my application on my own but then feeling guilty I felt that legal submissions of a Canadian lawyer will help me and I should seek proper legal advice. Mr. Fateh explained my entire story in a Canadian affidavit and also gave his legal submissions for my file. We submitted all my documents to Canada immigration. Now Canadian immigration has granted me permission to enter Canada with a Permanent Resident Travel Document and I can return to my family in Canada.     Me and my parents are pleased by the service provided by Navratan sir and his staff. I am an international student in Canada. I applied for my parents TRV in june 2018. But unfortunately immigration was mistaken about my mother’s us history. They imposed ban of 5 years on my mother. We were highly depressed because my mother was innocent because she had never applied for us. Then we approached Navratan sir in Feb 2019 and now my parents got TRV for Canada.     My wife recently went to Canada to study and I wanted to join her on an Open Work Permit. I did my research online and I knew I was eligible to apply.     Navratan Singh Fateh, a best lawyer at Sanghera Sandhar law group in Vancouver. i am really thankful to Mr, Fateh and his whole team. i am very happy that i have choose Navratan singh fateh for open work permit of my husband.     It was always my dream to study in canada but because of low IELTS score and average school percentage I was refused a study visa multiple times.     I am very thankful to Mr. Fateh because my visitor visa was refused multiple times. I have a very good job in India, enough travel history and enough funds for my travel to Canada but still I was refused every time i applied. This time my sister in Canada who is a PR was having her convocation and I really wanted to be there for my sister. I did not trust any agent to fix my problem because they always give false promises and have no legal experience in Canada. I found Mr. Fateh online. We applied through his chandigarh office. I knew if I was refused again then my sister and i will go to the federal court of Canada to get justice. We applied and were refused again in May. My sister and I were very disappointed. Mr. Fateh was in Canada at that time, but he told us that he will fight for us. With his involvement I was able to fix my case and now I can go to Canada to attend my sisters convocation.     I am a student and I had applied for a Study Permit for Canada in 2018 and unfortunately because of a minor error on my marksheet I was given a fairness letter by immigration. My consultant explained everything and I wrote a letter explaining the CBSE was at fault and I was innocent and  not trying to mislead immigration. However, immigration still put a 5 years ban on me because they did not believe me. My mother and I were very disheartened. We could not believe what had happened to us. Then our consultant told us about Mr. Fateh and that we can ask a judge in Canada to review our 5 years ban. We approached Mr. Fateh in Chandigarh and he filed our case in Canada and negotiated everything from Toronto. Within two months are case was resolved and today we have received our passport request. I can believe again that Canada is a fair country with good laws. We had to go to court in Canada but we got justice. Thank you Mr. Fateh for your help.     I am working as a senior manager with a highly reputable multinational bank in Punjab. I have a good salary and I consider my family to be well established in India. We have travelled to Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore before. My family really wanted to visit my sister in Canada but we were refused twice in 2018. We did not have faith in any of the immigration agents and so we gave up the idea of applying for a visitor visa and instead my sister and her husband visited us in India.     My brother and parents are Canadian citizens, they have been living in Canada for since last 15 to 20 years. My father was scheduled to undergo surgery in March 2019.     I was having lot of difficulty getting visa for Canada for my son. I tried with MP letter and invitation from my friend in Canada but immigration did not allow my son to travel to Canada. I myself had a valid visa but my son was refused. I did not want to travel to Canada without my son. I found Mr. Fateh on the internet and I met him at this India office in Chandigarh. We got the CAIPS notes first and then we made a strategy to properly present all our documentation. The staff at the Chandigarh office was very helpful and professional. We got our file ready in almost two months. All that effort was worth it because my son was finally given a visa and now after his 12th exams he can travel with me in the summer to visit our friends in Canada.     My wife finished her studies in Canada and is working on an open workpermit in Canada. After our marriage it was very difficult for me to spend time away from each other. I met many agents in India but I did not feel confident in trusting them with my file. Finally I found Mr. Fateh in Chandigarh who is a barrister from Canada.     I was recommended to approach Mr. Fateh through a family friend in USA. My daughter and I had travelled to India for a wedding and due to a series of misfortunate incidences, our PR cards and passports had been taken away. I was very disturbed by this and felt very powerless. No agent or consultant was able to guide me properly. Since I have lived in Canada I knew the respect and professionalism of Canadian lawyers in Canada. When I got to know that Mr. Fateh is a registered Canadian lawyer with an office in Chandigarh, I had immediate faith in him. He assured me that my daughter and I will get justice on an urgent basis. If anything would go wrong, he told me that he can go to Canada and appeal the refusal in Canadian courts in Canada. The Canadian embassy understood my emergency and with the grace of god I had my permanent resident travel document for myself and my daughter within 7 days.     I applied for a study visa to Canada through an agent. After I received the acceptance letter I applied for the study visa and was given a study visa. But ,when I went to my college in Canada they told me that my acceptance letter and agent in Punjab were fake . I had to waste all my ticket money and time in Canada to find out that my agent had cheated me . One laywer in Canada told me not to stay in Canada and I returned to India at the earliest . I returned to India and everyone gave me wrong advise and my father and I did not trusted anybody anymore . I even filed a police complaint against my agent . Then we found a Canadian lawyer who is in India and has satellite office in Chandigarh. My family booked an appointment and we met Mr. Fateh in Chandigarh who told us how to deal with the situation . It took time to get our affidavits and package ready and we applied again in December and in less than 2 months I got my passport request . I am very thankful to Mr. Fateh and his team in Chandigarh for helping me .

    I got married to my husband in 2018. My husband is on work permit and PNP approval in Canada. He had applied my permanent resident visa and open work permit application for Canada. I got interviewed related to open work permit at Canadian embassy in November 2018, we both were in hope that everything would go well. But my interview was surprised to me, as the officer kept saying that my marriage is not genuine. I was in tears , when my refusal letter came to me and the embassy had put a 5 years misrepresentation ban on me. Every agent and consultant told that we cannot do anything, but no one told us that we can go to federal court of Canada. My husband and our relatives in Canada found Mr.Navratan Fateh at Sanghera Sandhar Law Group in Vancouver and hired him to challenge my five year misrepresentation ban. I have to spent many hours at Chandigarh office preparing our case for Federal court of Canada. Finally, after three months we were able to win a case and removal of my refusal and five year misrepresentation ban. This is all possible because of Mr. Fateh, me and my husband heartly thankful to Mr. Fateh for his legal services and getting us justice from the federal court of Canada.

    I applied for a tourist visa to Canada many times and each time the agents had told me that I will get the visa 100%. But, after my refusal none of the agents had any explanation as to why I was being refused. They also told me that I cannot do anything about the refusal.     I got married to a Canadian citizen in 2017.     “ I was previously refused twice for a tourist visa to Canada and I was not allowed to visit my wife in Canada.     “I got married to my husband in 2015 in India and came to Canada on a Study Permit in the year 2017. Since we were recently married and we missed each other very much, we wanted that my husband should be able to visit me in Canada on a tourist visa.     My family and I were refused a UK Visa before and we wanted to visit Canada to meet our son.     I am studying in a Canadian University and I really wanted that my mother and younger sister could visit me on my birthday in Canada. My mother had a valid visa but my 2 years old sister did not.     We came across the law firm of Mr. Navatan S. Fateh on web. We contacted him to discuss the problem as though we had the PR, but we could not complete the minimum stay period in Canada of 740 days out of 5 years. The PR cards had expired in June 2015. We were under impression that we cannot travel to Canada and that our PR has expired. and also the student Visa of my son was refused twice.     I had previously applied for all my immigration applications on my own. But, unfortunately my spousal sponsorship application was wrongly refused. After which I decided that it is necessary to have a Canadian immigration lawyer on the file. My express entry application was refused because of an error by immigration authorities, I tried to call the IRCC call center and did everything in my power to find a solution.     I am a Permanent Resident of Canada. I came for my sister’s wedding to India and due to circumstances beyond my control, my PR card was taken away from me.     " I was sponsored by my wife to Canada, we had a good relation and we were soon blessed with a baby boy. However, our marriage broke down due to some very unfortunate circumstances.
