Mr. Fateh attended law school at Panjab University, Chandigarh where he received his law degree in B.A. LL.B.(Hons.). Mr. Fateh attended Harvard summer school and obtained a diploma in Law & Psychology. Mr. Fateh then attended University of Toronto in Canada to receive his Master of Laws (LL.M.). Mr. Fateh published his thesis on "Honour Killings: a Canadian Context". Mr. Fateh was also elected as the President of the Graduate Law Students Association. After completing his articles Mr. Fateh became a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2014.
Mr. Fateh has represented clients at the Provincial Courts of British Columbia, Immigration Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada.
Mr. Fateh is member of the Bar Council of India and the Law Society of British Columbia.
